We customize your education and support for childbirth and parenting, and provide a safe and calming space for group classes that build community – from pregnancy and newborn stages through the first 5 years of life adjustments with your babies.


Weekly Class Schedule

  • Prenatal Yoga: Breath & Baby, Mondays at 6:30pm and Thursdays at 9:30am, 75 minutes
  • Breastfeeding Meet-Ups (free), Mondays at 6:30pm, 60 minutes
  • Post-Baby Reboot Fitness, Tuesdays at 11:00am, 45 minutes
  • Baby and Me Yoga, Thursdays at 11:15am, 45 minutes

Registration for initial class is required and drop-ins are welcome after initial registration.  Special classes, postpartum fitness classes, workshops, and Saturday childbirth ed classes are listed on our calendar page and subject to change.  Yoga classes are open to new enrollment only on the first week of every month. Check calendar for holiday closings.
