Our next Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Education series begins September 1. Check out this in-person/online hybrid class that allows modern families the convenience of online content, but the in-person support of experienced birth and baby pros!

We customize your education and support for childbirth and parenting, and provide a safe and calming space for group classes that build community – from pregnancy and newborn stages through the first 5 years of life adjustments with your babies.
Weekly Class Schedule
Breastfeeding Meet-Ups (free), Mondays at 6:30pm, 60 minutes
Post-Baby Reboot Fitness, Tuesdays at 11:00am, 45 minutes
Baby and Me Yoga, Thursdays at 11:15am, 45 minutes
(Currently suspended) Prenatal Yoga: Breath & Baby, Mondays at 6:30pm and Thursdays at 9:30am, 75 minutes
Registration for initial class is required and drop-ins are welcome after initial registration. Special classes, postpartum fitness classes, workshops, and Saturday childbirth ed classes are listed on our calendar page and subject to change. Yoga classes are open to new enrollment only on the first week of every month. Check calendar for holiday closings.
