Momentum Prenatal includes community check-in and connection, grounding, and a gentle-flow or restorative yoga practice ending with Savasana (of course!). Get to know and practice with other local pregnant people while you stretch and strengthen your growing, changing body. This class is Open Level, no experience with yoga is required. Class is 75 minutes.

This class is Open Level, no experience with yoga is required. This class is 75 minutes. Doors open at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Please allow yourself extra time after class for conversation and packing up.

Once each month we'll practice a Restorative Yoga. Restorative Yoga is a very gentle practice with passive, fully supported poses that are held for several minutes. Momentum Restorative includes aromatherapy, meditation, and optional, gentle, hands-on yoga adjustments, Reiki, or grounding contact from the instructor. The Restorative Prenatal class is exclusive to monthly or trimester enrollments.

Please consult with your care provider regarding exercise in pregnancy before enrolling. Class discussions and instructor suggestions are not a replacement for medical advice. You are not obligated to practice in any way during class that causes you physical or psychological discomfort, and Momentum instructors will provide alternative poses or encourage participants to waiver any poses they do not wish to do. Being in charge of your body and your voice is an important part of becoming a mother and parent.
