PostBaby Reboot is open to parents with little ones 0-5years, but we won't turn anyone away!
Currently, this class is Tuesday at 11:00–11:45 a.m. No supplies needed, but you may want to bring water and a towel!
We think Momentum is the place to go to build community and get a workout that is led by a person knowledgable about your uniquely changing body and the impact of birthing and parenthood on physical health and mental wellness.
This is Trimester card eligible, so our clients can buy in bulk and then drop-in to any eligible class we offer in 3 months, or 12 classes.
