Core strength is the foundation of all movement. Inattention to our core and pelvic floor health after childbirth can lead to incontinence, pelvic discomfort and pain, low back pain, or inefficient work outs. If you experience any of these, this is the perfect class to get you back on track or give your core a boost amidst other training routines you may already have.
This is a core and pelvic floor rebuild course designed to help women regain strength and function after childbirth. You do not need to have had a recent baby! Some moms don't get around to addressing their own fitness several years after birth, so we open this course to all women no matter where they are. Welcome to taking care of You!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are 45 min. long and meet on Monday evenings at 6:30pm. The cost is $15/session for drop-ins, or $60 for 4 classes. Classes are taught by a certified fitness instructor.
