Introducing our new, fitness focused classes; These weekly, fun, 45 minute classes focuses on strengthening and tightening the muscles that support us in everything that we do. Jamie Ross, Personal Fitness Trainer, will help you feel connected and relaxed as well as strong and balanced.  Jamie's background as a doula and mental health counselor gives her special insight into the holistic treatment of Pregnant and Birthing People, and new Parents.  We have three new classes for Pregnancy through PostBaby 5 years.  Wherever you are starting, whatever fitness level, Momentum classes offer a place to grow community with other parents and the know-how to work with your uniquely and constantly changing body.
