Core strength is the foundation of all movement.  Inattention to our core and pelvic floor health after childbirth can lead to incontinence, pelvic discomfort and pain, low back pain, or inefficient work outs.  If you experience any of these, this is the perfect class to get you back on track or give your core a boost amidst other training routines you may already have.
