Prenatal Yoga: Breath & Baby

Momentum Prenatal includes community check-in and connection, grounding, and a gentle-flow or restorative yoga practice (last Monday of the month) ending with Savasana (of course!). Get to know and practice with other local pregnant people while you stretch and strengthen your growing, changing body.

*Please note: Classes are in our 2nd floor studio. There is no elevator in the building, so if you need assistance with the stairs, please ring the doorbell at the main door and someone will meet you.
